Delete account

Delete your Maltayard account without the app. You need the phone your number is on.

What goes: Your profile, your listings, your chats and your saved searches.
When: Seven days after you ask. Until then nobody sees your profile or your listings, and signing in again keeps your account.
What stays: Reviews you wrote stay, with your name taken off them. They are part of someone else's record, not yours.; A chat that is part of a report, a decision, a request from the authorities or a dispute is kept until that is closed.
Your numbers: We keep the numbers on your account for a year, in a form we cannot read back, so an account closed for breaking our rules cannot come back. They can sign up again 30 days after the deletion.
