Challenge it
- Open the notice: tap the notification, or open the listing in My listings.
- Tap Ask us to look again. For a suspended account, tap Challenge this.
- Say why you think the decision is wrong. You can add up to three photos.
- Tap Send request.
What happens next
A person on our team looks at the decision again. The answer comes in the same request, which you find in Profile under Help. You get a notification when we write back. We do not give a time.
You can add to your challenge while it is open. If we answer and you do not write back, it closes 14 days after our answer.
One challenge at a time
You can have one open challenge for each decision. Once it is closed, you can challenge the same decision again.
If your account is closed
You cannot sign in, so write to info@maltayard.com and give the reference from the notice.
