Send an offer
- Open the listing and tap Make an offer. In a chat about the listing, tap Make an offer on the listing strip at the top.
- Type an amount, or tap one of the suggested amounts.
- Tap Send offer.
Your offer shows in the chat with the seller, and the seller is told. It stays open for 48 hours.
Before you can offer
Making an offer needs a confirmed Maltese mobile number on your account. If you have not added one yet, Maltayard asks you to add it and then brings you back to your offer, with the amount kept.
Good to know
- You can have one open offer on a listing at a time. You can send a new one once the seller declines or counters it, or once it runs out.
- Once the seller accepts your offer, you do not make another one on that listing. Anything else is said in the chat.
- Only you and the seller see your offer. Everyone else sees the asking price.
- Some listings are not taking offers. You can still message the seller.
