If someone does not turn up

Say so from the chat. They are told, and they can answer.

When you can report it

You can report a no-show when an offer was accepted in the chat and nobody came to the meeting you agreed. You can do it for 7 days after the offer was accepted, once for each meeting.

How to report it

  1. Open the chat.
  2. Open the chat menu and tap Report a no-show.
  3. Read the sheet and tap Report a no-show.

What happens next

The other person is told and can say that you did meet. A person on our team looks at it. Nothing is shown on anyone’s profile.

If someone says you did not turn up

You get a notification. Open it and tap We did meet if you did. You have 7 days to answer.
