What we tell you about
- Offers made to you, and answers to your offers.
- New messages.
- New listings that match a saved search.
- Reviews.
- Your own listings, such as when one is live or about to come down.
- Your account, your reports and your help requests.
Turn them off
- Go to Profile and tap Settings.
- Under Notifications, turn off what you do not want: Saved search matches, Offers, Messages or Reviews.
An offer runs out in 48 hours, so with Offers off you may miss one.
Some notifications cannot be turned off, because they are about your own account or ask for your answer. A decision about your listing or account is one, a change to our terms is another.
One saved search
To change how you hear about one search, go to Profile, tap Saved searches and use the menu next to it.
Emails
If you added your email, we can also email you about unread messages and offers waiting for your answer. Turn each off under Emails in Settings, or with the link at the bottom of the email.
Nothing arrives?
If notifications are off in your phone’s settings, none of these reach you. Settings in Maltayard shows this and has a Turn on button.
